Transnet Pipelines is an operating division of Transnet SOC Limited. It manages pipeline infrastructure and is a partner with Vopak Terminal Durban in the Zululand Energy Terminal project at Richards Bay. [1][2]
History
Transnet has described repurposing the Lilly pipeline as part of enabling gas transmission from the planned Richards Bay LNG terminal. The proposed connection is infrastructure preparation; it is not evidence that LNG is already flowing through the pipeline. [3]
